Information Gathered

As with most organizations, Men Alive collects such information as name, postal address, phone numbers and email addresses.  We use this information primarily to communicate with you about our events and activities, about ticket and merchandise purchases, and about donation and volunteer opportunities.  We collect this information from many different sources including, but not limited to, ticket sales, merchandise sales, online Mailing List submission forms on this website, email & postal correspondence, and concert drawing forms. 

Phone Numbers and Email Addresses

We too hate spam and constant telemarketing phone calls.  For that reason Men Alive will not trade or sell your phone number or email address to any other business or organization. In rare instances, Men Alive may email to you information about other esteemed arts, cultural and nonprofit organizations whose offerings we think may be of interest to our audience, but your email address will not be directly shared with that organization. 

To change, delete or unsubscribe your email address or phone number in our database, please use the online form on our "Mailing List" webpage.  Or to delete/unsubscribe your email, you may also email us at the address below and specifically request to remove your email address. 

Postal Mailing Address Information

Men Alive does not rent or sell our postal mailing lists to commercial businesses. On very rare occasions (and yes, we mean "very rare occasions"), we may trade our postal mailing lists with other esteemed arts, cultural and nonprofit organizations whose offerings we think may be of interest to our audience.  (Again, this only applies to postal mailing address, not phone numbers or email addresses.  We do not trade phone numbers or email addresses; please see "Phone Numbers and Email Addresses" above.)  We never share your postal address with any other type of organization, nor do we ever rent or sell it. And we never share phone numbers or email addresses with any other organization.

If you would like to review the information we have for you in our database, please send us your request by email to the address below.  We will provide to you a summary of your database file, sent only to your email address we have on file for you.

If you do not wish to receive mailings, emails and updates from Men Alive, you may simply opt out by either use the online form on our "Mailing List" webpage, or by emailing us at the address below and specifically request to remove your email address, phone number, and/or postal address.  You may also call us or write us at the phone and address on our "Contacts" webpage.   When you contact us, please let us know specifically if you do not wish to receive postal mail, phone calls and/or emails.

Our website may contain links to other organizations that we think our patrons may find of interest. We are not responsible for their websites, their content or their privacy practices.

Our website also uses browser "cookies" in order to conduct online merchandise and ticketing transactions only. These cookies do not allow third parties to access any of your customer information.
